Our images are scanned and verified through Googles image search software REGULARLY so don’t even THINK of using our work without entering an agreement with us first. Contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss any existing work you may be interested in using privately or commercially for nominal fee, or in some cases, free! We’ll be glad to assist in any way we can. By approving an invoice or estimate from our invoicing software (we use Invoicely.com for your convenience), you agree to the following terms and conditions. All approved invoices, proposals and estimates are legally bound to these terms and agreements listed here below. These terms were last updated on March 7th 2022 and are legally binding from this date on.

With the aim of total transparency to our wonderful clients, please be aware that just like any other top tier marketing or design agency, deposits and maintenance packages are non-refundable. The way Deposits and Fees work are that we spend that money to allocate blocks of time for you and set aside other paying or potential work so that we may focus solely on our commitment with you & meet our obligations with said contracted clients. Therefore, deposits and maintenance fees (IE: Worry-Free Maintenance Packages, Regular Site Maintenance, Analytic reporting, Data Reporting, Marketing Campaigns, Set-Up Fees, Special Project Fees, Analysis Fees and Re-Branding Fees etc) are strictly non-refundable. 4. Limitations

We will never resell your work and all work produced under contract is strictly one time use of sale for the client.
